Lily Rose Beatrice Allen, born 2 May 1985, is an English singer, songwriter, actress, host, and author. She is the daughter of actor Keith Allen and film producer Alison Owen. In 1998 at 13 Allen played an on-screen, Lady in Waiting to Cate Blanchett’s Elizabeth. She left school when she was 15 to concentrate on improving her performing and compositional skills. In 2008, she hosted her own television talk show, Lily Allen and Friends, on BBC Three.
